BAD RETURN POLICY

The return policy is not client friendly. I wanted to return the item and they told me to send it to Faisalabad. It means it would cost an additional Rs 250 whereas the cost of delivered item was Rs 1500. It seems Hinz has designed such return policy to discourage return of items. I will not buy again.

Please change your courier company as they did not give me the parcel and cancel my order with out even informing me...i am still waiting for my order my when i track my shipment than i came to know that they already cancelled my order.

Trouser quality n stitching is good but shirt quality n stitchnig is not good. kindly focus om the quality.
