Mercerized Solid Socks (Pack of 6) Plain

Overall material Is good but socks are very thin it seems for summer.

Perfect for office use. Stunningly comfortable and warm. Heinz continues to amaze me.

Hinz's mercerized socks are fantastic. They're comfortable, well-made, and seem very durable. But unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was so poor that it overshadows the quality of the product itself.

Here's what happened: I ordered a pack of five socks, requesting a mix of black and navy. Hinz confirmed this via WhatsApp and stated they were sending two black and three navy pairs. However, upon receiving the package, all five socks were navy. Disappointed, I contacted Hinz again, but received no response.

This complete lack of communication after a confirmed mistake is incredibly frustrating. While the socks themselves are great, the customer service experience was so bad that I wouldn't recommend Hinz to others, even considering the high quality of the socks.

In short:

Socks: 5/5 (High quality, comfortable)
Customer Service: 0/5 (Unresponsive, order fulfillment error)
Unless Hinz significantly improves their customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere for socks, no matter how good theirs might be.

Low quality

These socks pack is best return of your spending. Good Quality of fabric, Flexibility and fast delivery are the key point.

More colour option should be added in pack sales.
