Hinz reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective once posted on this website. Customers are advised to review this page periodically.

1. Website Use

This website is intended for personal shopping and informational use only. You may not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent, commercial resale, or unauthorized purpose.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to product images, text, graphics, layout, logos, designs, videos, banners, and website material, is the property of Hinz and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, display, or commercially use any website content without prior written permission from Hinz.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product information, prices, colors, sizes, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, device settings, or production differences.

Product measurements and size details are provided for customer guidance. Slight variations may occur due to fabric type, stitching, manufacturing process, or manual measurement.

3. Order Placement and Acceptance

Placing an order on www.hinz.pk does not guarantee order acceptance. Once an order is placed, the customer may receive an order confirmation through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or call.

Hinz reserves the right to cancel, reject, or hold any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect product price or system error
  • Stock unavailability
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Unreachable customer for order confirmation
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk ordering activity
  • Courier service limitations in the delivery area
  • Payment failure or verification issue

If an order is cancelled after online payment, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method or any other method decided by Hinz.

4. Pricing and Promotions

All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

Promotional offers, discount codes, sale prices, bundles, free shipping, bank discounts, and other campaigns are valid for a limited time only and may be changed, paused, or ended without prior notice.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless clearly mentioned. Any maximum discount cap, minimum order value, product exclusions, payment method requirement, or campaign condition will apply as stated on the website, ad, SMS, WhatsApp message, or checkout page.

Hinz reserves the right to cancel orders placed due to pricing errors, technical errors, misuse of discount codes, or incorrect promotional display.

5. Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to cart does not reserve the item. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after order placement due to inventory mismatch, high sale volume, or quality rejection during packing.

If a product is unavailable, Hinz may contact the customer for a replacement, exchange option, refund, or order cancellation.

6. Payments

Hinz may offer payment options including Cash on Delivery, debit/credit cards, bank offers, wallet payments, or other online payment methods.

For online payments, orders will be processed after payment confirmation. If payment is deducted but order confirmation is not received, customers should contact our support team with payment proof.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Hinz may verify the order through call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders may be cancelled if the customer is unreachable or order details cannot be confirmed.

Partial Payment Policy

To ensure a smooth order processing experience, Hinz reserves the right to require a partial advance payment for orders with a total value of PKR 6,000 or above.

  • Orders worth PKR 6,000 or more may require a partial advance payment before they are confirmed and processed.
  • The required advance payment amount will be communicated to the customer after the order is placed.
  • Once the advance payment is received, the order will be processed and prepared for shipment.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) will be payable according to the payment method agreed upon at the time of order.
  • If the required advance payment is not received within the specified timeframe, Hinz reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
  • If an order is cancelled before it has been dispatched, the applicable payment will be refunded to the customer's designated account in accordance with our refund process.

7. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s city, courier service, order volume, sale season, public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected operational delays.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major cities: 2 to 5 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 4 to 7 working days
  • During sale periods, Eid, campaigns, or peak seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, complete address, city, and area details. Hinz will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel.
  • Shipping charges, free shipping rules, or delivery fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated through the relevant campaign.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

Customers are requested to review the Return & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

Products may be eligible for exchange only if they meet the conditions mentioned below:

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact
  • The product is not part of a non-exchangeable category
  • The claim is approved by the Hinz support team
  • Products will not be eligible for exchange if they are used, washed, damaged, altered, without tags, without original packaging, or reported after the allowed time period.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories may not be eligible for return or exchange. Sale items, promotional products, bundles, or discounted items may also have limited exchange eligibility unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where Hinz is unable to fulfill the order, the product is out of stock after online payment, or the customer receives an incorrect or approved defective item and replacement is not possible.

Exchange Shipping Charges

If a customer sends a parcel back to Hinz for exchange, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

In case of size exchange, preference exchange, or any customer-requested exchange, the customer will be responsible for sending the product back to Hinz through a reliable courier service. Hinz will not be responsible for any parcel lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping arranged by the customer.

However, if the exchange is due to a verified mistake from Hinz, such as wrong item, wrong size, damaged product, or approved defective product, the exchange process will be handled according to Hinz’s approved return and exchange policy

9. Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Product Claims

If a customer receives a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing item, the issue must be reported to Hinz within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to share:

  • Order number
  • Clear product pictures
  • Parcel pictures
  • Invoice picture
  • Unboxing video, where required

Claims made after the given time period may not be accepted.

Hinz reserves the right to inspect and verify the claim before approving an exchange, replacement, or refund.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the customer may need to follow the applicable exchange process after delivery.

Hinz reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment problems, courier limitations, suspicious activity, incorrect pricing, or customer verification failure.

11. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before checkout, including product, size, color, quantity, address, phone number, and payment method.

Hinz will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

12. Promotional Campaigns and Lucky Draws

From time to time, Hinz may run promotional campaigns, discount offers, giveaways, lucky draws, bank discounts, bundle offers, or limited-time deals.

Each campaign may have its own terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum order value, maximum discount cap, payment method requirement, campaign duration, product exclusions, and winner selection process.

Hinz reserves the right to modify, pause, extend, cancel, or end any campaign at any time without prior notice.

13. Third-Party Services

Hinz may use third-party services including courier companies, payment gateways, SMS providers, WhatsApp tools, analytics tools, advertising platforms, and customer support systems.

Hinz is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, errors, or technical issues caused by third-party service providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

Hinz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, order delay, courier delay, product unavailability, technical issue, payment gateway error, or customer misuse of the website.

Our responsibility for any approved claim will be limited to the value of the product purchased by the customer.

15. Privacy

Customer information is collected and used to process orders, deliver products, communicate updates, provide customer support, improve services, and share promotional offers where applicable.

16. AI Usage and Content Disclaimer

Hinz may use Artificial Intelligence tools and AI-generated models, visuals, images, videos, text, captions, product content, advertisements, marketing creatives, and other digital content for marketing, branding, website improvement, and content creation purposes.

Any AI-generated model, face, character, image, or visual used by Hinz is created for creative and representational purposes only. Unless clearly stated, such visuals do not represent any real person, celebrity, influencer, customer, or public figure.

Β If the appearance of any AI-generated model, face, or character unintentionally resembles any real person, living or deceased, the resemblance is purely coincidental. Hinz does not claim any association, endorsement, partnership, or representation of such person and shall not be responsible for any unintentional similarity.

17. Technology and Service Improvement

Hinz is continuously adopting the latest technology, including Artificial Intelligence, automation tools, digital marketing systems, customer communication tools, analytics, and other modern technologies to improve our services, enhance customer experience, create better content, improve order communication, and provide a smoother online shopping journey.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be handled under the relevant legal jurisdiction in Pakistan.
