What is the minimum order value for free shipping within Pakistan?

Orders above Rs 2,000 qualify for free delivery across Pakistan.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — you may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation is not possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Inner-wear (vests, briefs, panties, camisoles, thermals, socks) is not eligible for return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — international shipping is available. Shipping cost at checkout is an estimate and may change due to currency fluctuations. You will be contacted for balance payment if required.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by entering your Order ID or email on the Track Your Order page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via our gateway. An additional 5% discount is offered on online payments.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged product?

If your item is defective or damaged, contact care@hinz.pk or +92-300-5703611 with your order details for a replacement or resolution.

How do I place an order on your website?

Browse categories, select your items, add to cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your details to complete the order.

What are your customer service hours?
