I received the order, the fabric quality is fine but there is serious issue with the stiching. The V cure of the shirt is not properly aligned in the center but is tilted to the left and gives very bad impression. Quality assurance DPT should ensure the items are properly inspected before they are packed. I contacted the helpline, they said to dispatch at the given address for replacement, means customer needs to pay additionally for exchange for the mistake of the company. Why you people dispatch the new shirt and collect this faulty one from the customer?
