Wrong product delivered

I ordered this Maroon color trouser but instead a blue one is delivered. Trouser is without pockets. I tried to reach the customer support using Whatsapp but no response at all. Highly disappointed by this purchase.

Sizes are incorrect

As per their description size 32 is for 12 to 13 year kids per in actual the 32 size is for 9 to 10 year kids.
